AMIG8550 Precision Scriber
AMMO Precision Scriber is the perfect tool for creating panel lines, or restoring panel lines that have been damaged/removed during the sanding process, as well as cutting styrene sheet stock cleanly and easily. The unique design of the Precision Scriber ensures clean smooth scribed lines.
It can also be used for any other job that requires a fine-tipped tool, such as engraving stone or brick textures into Create Cork and Sculpt-Tech sculpting sheets.
The tool includes two 0.5 and 1 mm tips with protective caps to prevent damage to the tips.
It can be used in plastic, PVC, wood, resin and other soft materials. Not intended for metals, ceramic and other hard surfaces. We recommend using a slightly flexible metal ruler or hard plastic tape such as AMIG8246 Scribing Tape Hard Edge used as a guide to ensure accuracy.
USE: Start gently by applying very little pressure, and gradually add more pressure in successive passes to obtain the desired result.
